It’s OK for travelers on a budget

The staff was very friendly and pleasant, which made the initial check-in experience smooth and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room itself did not live up to expectations. The shower had visible mold, which is a serious cleanliness concern and made using the bathroom uncomfortable. The room also lacked a mini freezer, which was disappointing and inconvenient for storing food or drinks. Additionally, the curtains had cigarette burns and the entire room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke—even though it was clearly labeled as a non-smoking room. Overall, while the staff did their best to provide good service, the condition of the room significantly impacted the stay and needs urgent attention.

Room AC is not cooling properly, smoking smell in room, bathroom and there were no bathroom towels or hairdryer, rest everything is ok.

No towels in the room. Shower did not drain well. No shampoo in the shower.

Amenities and breakfast

Please note, I am not a picky traveler or person in general but my experience with this stay has to be advertised. This place is horrible. Pay more and stay somewhere else. There was absolutely nothing great with my stay. From the greeting upon arrival to the greeting upon checking out was not welcoming at all. The hotel experience in general meaning the entire hotel needs renovating. If not the entire hotel, then the rooms seriously need a face lift. Carpet dirty and stained, shower didn’t drain well, stood in water the entire time to shower, a/c don’t work properly, humidity in room is really high, screws holding up the toilet paper holder, mold everywhere in the shower. There is more but no need beyond what I’ve listed already. Please if you care about your hotel and your guests experience please do something about your hotel. It’s really bad.
