Very nice hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent, great selections. The location was more than I had anticipated, I would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is smartly presented and in an excellent location for the Palace of Versailles (a 5min walk away). Their underground parking is tiny and cannot be reserved, so be prepared for some potential frustration on arrival if traveling by car. When we checked in we had been put into a room we hadn’t booked (expected a balcony). The helpful staff showed us our original room once we questioned this; with the room we had been upgraded to being nicer, Nothing was mentioned at check-in-in, so this confusion could have been avoided, rather than a further 10mins of comparing rooms. The balconys don’t have any seating and don’t have a view - so don’t book them if you’re looking for an area to spend time in.

Nice hotel in good location. The Breakfast was disappointing for the price, it feels a bit Ibis like! There was a rather nasty smell on the top floor (4th) but fortunately the room didn’t smell just the corridor. Public areas were nice rooms were a little tired.

The hotel is perfectly located near the Palace. Parking was extremely tight and difficult to get in and park. The rooms, Clarins products, and shower were amazing. The breakfast we paid for was just ok. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean bedding with down comforter. Spacious room with right temperature setting. Breakfast with variety of selections in elegant dining area both indoor and outdoor.

This is a perfect 10 stars hotel. We stayed here every time when visiting France. Attention to every details such as bathrobes, soft slippers, good quality toilette. Clean bedding with down comforter. Spacious room with right temperature setting. Separate bathroom and toilet are ideal for getting ready. Breakfast with variety of selections in elegant dining area both indoor and outdoor.

First the staff were excellent and helped in every way. The position of the hotel to Versailles was excellent only 7 mins away. The food for breakfast was excellent. My daughter in another room would say excellent for her room. The problem we had is that I asked for a disability room and when I got there they had given it to someone else! This was bad organisation. So I was not able to shower that night as I cannot get into a bath. It was during the heatwave. Staff moved us the next day but it was too near the lift and the noise was awful during the night. The bed was so hard we couldn't sleep so they moved us again the next day and the room was really lovely and cannot fault it. Shame they didn't give it to us the first night as I would be giving them a 5 star. I would just say use the hotel as it was very good but just check your booking the week before if you have any special needs.
