Pleasant and friendly staff from reception, food service, to amenities. A cleaner lady with the surname of Shen was very helpful. Extra requests to the reception desk were granted with no hesitation. Nice restaurant on the ground floor with good delivery service. All in all, a good experience!

Staff were extremely helpful, room was spacious and clean, breakfast buffet was excellent. Metro within 5 minutes walk and can get to/from airport with one easy change.

Staff was great. Even though they don’t serve dinner, they made sure we got it. They translated for us and ordered carry out from a restaurant nearby. Breakfast was an absolute amazing smorgasbord with great variety.
