Location is excellent. There is rose garden as advertised. Rooms were clean to German standards. However still it is not a good value for money. Lady at front desk during check in, seemed of middle eastern origin, was unfriendly and checked us in as if it was a chore. No smile, no welcome with frown on her face just to have to check us in. There is no lobby to speak of. Breakfast is limited but is okay if you are in a rush. Did not feel any warmth/ life at the place. For money they charge, there are many options in the vicinity. Will not stay at this place again.

People here were very friendly and helpful on navigating the area. Were always pleasant. Could not recommend this place enough. Great location too.

This property is very nice. Wonderful staff, very clean, comfortable bed, great shower pressure, great amenities and yummy infused water in the lobby. 😊 it’s location is perfect for visiting the Marienplatz area.

Finding the hotel and Parking was tricky due the construction. The information provided by the hotel was not accurate. Other than that stay was great!

What a wonderful hidden gem of a hotel! The rooms are huge and extremely comfortable and CLEAN.
The garden courtyard is a lovely, peaceful place that we enjoyed very much!
Breakfast was wonderful and the location is perfect. We barely noticed the construction next door... We didn't hear a thing and the courtyard makes you forget you are even in the city.
Highly recommend!

Its location is excellent and very convenient for getting around the city. The opera house, museums and exhibitions, as well as the English Garden, are all within walking distance.
The hotel is also less than a 10-minute walk from both the subway station and train station. There is a direct train connection to the airport, which takes only about 30 minutes.
The facilities are modern and well maintained, the rooms are spacious, and the hotel is exceptionally quiet at night. I had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend it.

Location was perfect for walking and using Sbahn. Staff were very pleasant, and we were able to check in early upon arrival.
There is a big construction project which is quite noisy during the day. Overall I would stay here again.
Oh and don’t miss eating at the Italian restaurant right next to Maximillian, delicious
