Off street parking, quiet setting and walking distance to the walls of Lucca. Helpful front desk host arranged a comfortable ground floor room for us & gave great advice about where we should walk & where to eat. Good breakfast. Good aircon once we worked out how to switch it on. Supermarket nearby.

Everything was fine with a nice breakfast. The area is ok and accommodations are pretty basic and dated but fine.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and a decent size. Location was great for walking into the city and there was a nearby grocery store (Lidl). We had to leave early unexpectedly so we didn't get to try the breakfast but I'm sure it would have been wonderful. Overall a great place to stay and we wouldn't definitely return if/when we come back to Lucca!

We've had a wonderful stay at Ai Cipressi, we can't recommend it enough. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need and very clean. We have really enjoyed our stay here. Less than a 10 minute walk to inside the city walls, or to the train station for direct trains to Pisa and Florence. Nothing is too much for Gabriel and team, we have felt really welcome. We stayed in inter-connecting ground floor triple rooms with our two children, one is a wheelchair user. We had a profiling bed delivered which was set up on arrival. Breakfast was super, and we had breakfast table on the ground floor area each day. Gabriel and team, grazie mille. Paul, Fee, Arthur and Willow x

Well maintained property. Supermarket was also nearby. Superb location. The owners were also very genuine and helpful with everything.

Good place to stay for family with good breakfast, easy walks to Lidl for convenience, into Lucca city for food and a walkabout. Parking is convenient in the courtyard. Rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Absolutely value for money and central if you want to do day trips to Pisa and Florence. The train station is 15 mins walk away. Daniel and Gabriel are good hosts and personable. 5* highly recommend. Value for money for a family of 4 for 3 nights.
