The staff was great and very helpful! The location of the property was even greater, as it is within walking distance from the Sultanamet Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar. Also, three minutes away you could get the bus to take you to the airport for a small fee. They are also a lot of restaurants in surrounding areas to choose from, including on the property! I would definitely stay there again! So A+ and 5 stars 👍👍❤️❤️ Maxine M.

We stayed there with our friends for 3days. It was nice experience and the staff was friendly. If I get the chance to come back to turkey I would love to stay here again.

This was a whole experience. My trip started rocky, but the moment I arrived on the property, the manager, Lorenzo, was extremely courteous, kind, graceful, and so too were the staff. Everyone of the staff members is exceptional at their job. They make you feel comfortable and, as the Wi-Fi says, it’s really time to relax. You’re gonna relax. The food is very thoughtful, and this is a place that anyone who is on vacation who truly enjoys serenity, simplicity, and class would truly enjoy. You’re not rushed, and everyone is extremely helpful. Truly, it’s the highlight of my trip because of their attention to details and things that matter the most while you are away from home. Make sure you get a massage. The ladies are phenomenal. Ask for Yousera, her hands are gifted. Breakfast is also a whole vibe and the experience and the food quality and quantity were just enough, sufficient, tasty, and nutritious. The staff are always polite, friendly, and helpful. They even gave us a bag when we were leaving with amenities to take away back to our home to always remember our trip there. This is just so thoughtful.

This is a fabulous budget hotel. The location is fantastic. You are within walking distance of all the Old City attractions including the Bazaar, as well as transportation. Get on #11 coach at IST airport and get off at the last stop and you are literally a 1 minute walk around the corner and up the hill from the hotel. Using this public airport bus will save you $30-50 or more each way vs limo or cab or ride share. There is a grocery store right across the street for snacks or drinks and a refrigerator in the room to keep things cold. The restaurant right downstairs has very reasonably priced food and gives you real turkish bread with your meals as well as free small starters. The room is basic, but has everything you need. There's loads of hot water for showers, good A/C, fresh clean linens, and the room is cleaned for you every day. There's a TV. The only downside is if you are used to a soft mattress, this one is really hard. I slept fine anyway. Also, if you can't walk 3 flights of stairs, that would be a problem. My room had a private balcony with a view of the Bosphorus, but the absolute best view is on the roof. You can see most of the city and all the boats sailing on the river (which is also a short walk from the hotel). The staff are super helpful and really nice. They carried my bags to the top floor and helped me get to where I wanted to go. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Second time staying at the hotel and this time we were given a better room, everything worked and the staff was super friendly
