Dobre Staffs are all friendly and polite, location is great, however this Asakusa branch is really dated, the ventilation fan was not working at all, after a few showers the whole room became humid and mold started growing, we tried the AC’s fan not working either. Though they agreed to switch us to another room after 3 nights, the condition is not much better.
This hotel definitely needs a full renovation otherwise I don’t recommend it.

The room was very tight but had everything you need for a couple of nights. Breakfast area was too crowded but food was ok.

The Unit very clean but the space somewhat snugged. The Staff wonderful especially the cleaning staff. The Breakfast nice variety, healthy and delicious.

It was almost perfect but missing a towel rack..the wall shows the ugly screw holes ...staff were very attentive ...more attentive
than best hotels I've been to
but the lobby is too small for breakfast ..really way way too small .

Was very easy to check in and out. The only thing missing from the room was the magnet for the door for the eco clean/do not disturb, as we only stayed two nights (that wasn't an issue though).
Staff are friendly and very helpful. 6 minutes walk from the station made it easy and in a great location to walk to Skytree (30 minutes) and the markets too.

Breakfast catered to the Chinese taste, spicy curry soup for breakfast is not for everyone.

Nice hotel chain with many locations offering good breakfast at very affordable rate. It is conveniently located (walkable to Senso-ji, direct train from HND airport). The only complaint is the lack of open space of the room (<20 square feet).
