Fantastické This hotel is conveniently located near Shin Osaka station. The room is modern and clean and has the bonus of a kettle, I only stayed one night in transit but found that it exceeded my expectations.

Good service, good installation, and location is perfect very close to the metro station.
the breakfast is ok, not the best. Need more options for western visitors.

Staff was very accommodating in both Japanese and English. Location was very conveniently close to station, and there was a convenience store practically next door.

The room was great and the front desk staff who were on duty the morning of 9/5/2023 provided an incredible amount of effort to help me getting tickets to the local baseball team, the Buffaloes. I hope the manager sees this and can somehow thank them for me.

Near Jr station but you have to use bridge to cross the road so if you have a big and heavy luggage, means you have to lift your luggage up & down to stairs.

With the price, i would think that this hotel exceeded all my expectations. 5-6 mins walk to sin osaka station, 2 family mart at side, and the count staff are helpful and friendly!

Skvelé Good transport hub location, the room did what I needed, appreciated the laundry facilities. The breakfast is terrible, there’s no fruit, there are no dairy free options really, and there’s no tea. But overall good value and good functional facilities.
