The hotel was nice and clean, and staff was very helpful. The kids loved the pool. A few negatives were… gym completely closed due to renovation. I work out every day so I would have booked elsewhere had I known. We booked a room that was listed as sleeping 5. But no couch or pull out bed in the room so they charged me extra to bring up a rollaway bed. The 2 Queen beds were pretty uncomfortable. Tile grout was being cut out while there. What a mess and noisy. I understand upkeep must be done but close for a week, hire a big crew, and do all of your renovations.

Room was clean, bed comfortable. Good variety for breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient to interstate. This is where we stay when in Ocala.

Everything was great! My only “would like” is to have a bottle of water or 2 in the room. There were no vending machines and the store by check in counter charged over $5 per bottle of water.

Parking was no problem. There are a few restaurants within easy walking distance and several more within 1-3 miles.
