Nice hotel in general, Staff is very nice and places Shower not too good (water pressure and temperature) 1 elevator not working for few years now i think. They don't fix broken tiles, only put tape. Breakfast Food is nice and basic but no salad and the milk is not cold.

The best staff and the best location for entertainment and close to MOA walking distance. Every time that we in the Philippines, this is our number 1 Go place to stay in Manila. It’s just because it’s so close to everything, access wise for everything. My four kids loves it because we can just walk anytime we want to go eat at Moa and plus is there’s a 24 hours Jollibee outside 101. Thank you

I did not like the tidiness of the room. The room was not that clean. The area is really close to the shopping center. Location is excellent. Customer service is excellent.
