Location was very convenient but the hotel has no fridge in rooms, no ice machine in hotel and the shower was separate from the tub in a tiny closet-like enclosure were the flimsy door leaked all over the rest of the bathroom floor.

Great location, clean and staff are incredible. Rebecca was very helpful and friendly. One of the best hotels we stayed in the entire UK.
Highly recommend

Very clean, spacious room. Great location. Excellent customer service. Only slight gripe would be the lighting in the bathroom - a little dingy and the poor bath plug which wouldn’t secure

The hotel is in a good location.
When we got there to check in, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. The room we stayed in, was very spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable, we had a lounge area, where we was able to relax, complementary drinks and chocolate in the mini fridge, which was very thoughtful. Would definitely recommend staying here, we are already looking at booking for later in the year for another event.

Stayed at the Townhouse as a base in Manchester for the night. Friendly staff upon arrival, and happy to take our luggage early / for the following day. Upon checkin, the room was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed, and would definitely use if I needed a central hotel for the night!
