The room was not cleaned during our 4-night stay, except on the last day, when we removed the sign from our bed. We thought the sign meant we didn't need to change the bed linen daily, but we didn't expect it also meant our bed wouldn't be tidied.
It was convenient to have the coin-operated laundry facilities in the hotel's basement. The buffet breakfast was pretty meh. Glad we decided not to include it in our booking and only went there on our last morning there. The food choices are standard. And the staff will make sure you leave the breakfast hall at 10 am on the dot, as that is when they say they will close. Closing time = no more guests in the dining area, not just the kitchen's. So you need to make sure to time it well before you go.
The staff were kind enough to let us extend our stay for 30 minutes when we asked in the morning. We will be charged 11,000 KRW if we want to stay for an extra hour. Pretty strict.

The hotel was very basic—nothing spectacular. The staff service was good, but the breakfast was terrible—one of the worst we have ever seen.

We loved the room! The location was perfect as it was close to several subway lines, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was also friendly and spoke English. Would highly recommend!

Great hotel all round, handy location from metro and walking to some main sights. Shops, restaurants and super markets nearby. Clean room, very comfortable bed (the pillows were amazing), bottles of water provided every day, tea and coffee in the room. Great selection at breakfast for both Asian and Western tastes. All staff were really friendly.
The only improvement for me would be to speedup the elevator..... it takes ages to arrive.
