Wardonia Hotel is a lovely hotel. I booked a single room. It was a very small room, but it was very clean, the single bed is comfortable, and although it is really small, there is a shelf by the bed, with a double socket. There is a shelf with a kettle, and hot drink provisions. The shower and toilet is very clean, and easy to use. The liquid soap is situated in the shower space, rhere is a shelf and a mirror above the sink. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. They were friendly, communicative and happy to have a chat with you. I booked for 2 nights, costing £178, which for King's Cross, is really good. It is extremely close, about 6 minutes from the station. The reception is manned 24hrs a day. I will definitely stay there again.

One for the books... but definitely not one I'd repeat. This hotel in London looked much better online than it did in reality. The room was tiny. Not "cozy" tiny. More like a hole in the wall. There was barely enough space to move around, the overall condition was disappointing, and it wasn't a place that felt clean, comfortable, or welcoming. Travel has taught me that budget doesn't always mean bad, and expensive doesn't always mean great. But this was a reminder that reviews and photos only tell part of the story. Lesson learned: I'd rather pay a little more for a place where I can genuinely rest after a full day of exploring. Safe to say, I won't be staying here again. ✈️🏨

The unit had no air conditioner... Their was that the unit was a 3-star... It should have said that in the description... Other than that... it was fine, but not great...

The only thing we liked had nothing to do with the “hotel/hostel” is that it was close to the tube. This place had Zero amenities and terrible customer service.

Stayed in a twin room, quite compact needs some updating along with the bathroom, but clean and comfortable, housekeeping staff extremely helpful when requesting Xtra towels, location ideal for kingscross.

Good experience friendly and helpful staff. No AC, you live you learn but the staff provided a fan which helped.

Tiny hotel room perfectly located a stone’s throw from King’s Cross. Clean. No amenities

If all you need is a bed for a night, this is ok. The room barely had space to walk around the bed and the en-suite was tiny with enough room to turn around on the spot from the toilet to the shower. Everything was clean, toiletries, nice fluffy towels and tea/coffee making facilities provided. It was only a few minutes walk fr King’s Cross. Overall, enough for the one night stay.
