Samostatný pobyt

When checked in desk told me in far tower park in back use rear entrance but card would t let me in then they told me you to walk all the way around the building. Room very poorly lit. The toilet had been worked on and was sideways on the floor. Only one face rag. Option bottle was broken and didn’t work. Snacks to purchase - milk hot not even kept in fridge and soda was cool not cold cuz kept in an open cooler like vegetable dept at a grocery. Food terrible in hotel restaurant got bad diareaha. No complimentary breakfast. I’ll never stay at another Dbl Tree. Always 98% satisfied Holiday Inn Express. Much nicer well lit room, clean and pretty decent comp. breakfast

Hard to rate the outside area. It’s basically all parking lot. Strange entrance, but nothing that was bad. Everything was great, the people, the amenities, and room. Especially the bathroom, beautiful. I have one suggestion, the room needs more lighting, in my opinion. Very dark, even with all the small lights.

The staff was helpful and got us in a room earlier than check in. The room was clean and it was easy to park. The hotel isn’t close to much so having a car is helpful. The shuttle picked us up from the airport with no issues.
