This is a great, little, family-run, hotel. It's not the Ritz, but it is very comfortable, affordable, and the location is great. I love it because it's near the theatres, Soho, and transportation in and out fro the airport.
The staff is very nice and accommodating. There's breakfast everyday and coffee ALL day.
I hate to share this with you because I want it to be available when I need a room. LOL.
But, I also want them to have a constant full house.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, with many places to eat nearby as well as grocery stores within walking distance. However, the hotel itself is very old, and the rooms are extremely small.
We were placed in a basement/lower-ground-floor room, which had no windows and felt very cramped. The room was generally clean.
It is also worth mentioning that there was no air conditioning. There were two portable fans in the room, but they did not really help much, so it felt quite uncomfortable.
Breakfast was just okay and not very tasty. There was only one main option: eggs, bacon, beans, and cereals. The bacon was extremely salty.

The hotel is in a really convenient location (a few minutes' walk to the British Museum, good food, etc). Very convenient for transportation (short walk to the Elizabeth Line which takes you to the airport, Paddington, etc). The staff is extremely helpful. They give you the traditional neighborhood feel where people know each other and help each other. Down side: very simple and small room with very basic amenities (many London hotels are like this, I came to know). Overall, a very basic place but a great experience.
