Room was uncomfortably small. Our shower didn’t work. Vending machines with access to water were broken on all the floors. Don’t let the cheap nightly prices fool you. Parking is $45 a night. Access to Canal St & the FQ was convenient.

Everything was great at self the check-in! Take forever to get checked-in about 30 minutes!! I was given a handicap room with no windows. But I did receive other room with windows and a somewhat view. No patio area or work out area you have to go a block away and pay 10$ for an all day pass. That place can use an upgrade like bad. But on think I’ll be stay there again. But the staff was wonderful!

Property and rooms were very clean . Staff was helpful. In the middle of downtown ...walking distance to almost everything ! I would stay again.

Wonderful stay. Booked thru Expedia. Showed up paid deposit and parking. When we left had an excellent breakfast and left. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel itself was not bad and the location was great. The issues we had was with the parking and access to our room. Our key didn't work and had to go back down to the lobby several times. Then they sent the maintenance guy to fix the door and that took about 30 min. That first night one key worked then the next day back to visiting the front desk to get our key reprogrammed. Parking was about a 2 min walk so not bad but the parking spaces are very narrow. If you are driving a large SUV then it will be challenging getting the car in and out.

Hotel location, cleanliness, staff were great. Mattresses felt cheap and hard. Shower had almost no water pressure at all. Garage parking attendant had an attitude but lightened up at the end. Addressing these issues will make it 5 stars.

Good breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, coffee, cereal, fruits, juice, tea available. Staff was friendly, decent double beds room, cleanliness needed some work.
