We booked a premium room which required a phone call to understand the description. Booked it on the understanding that it had been refurbished but it was only partly refurbished with broken cupboards, low grade fittings and mixed crockery, only one knife and no tea towel to dry dishes. Water pressure was really low. Ants were a problem on check in and later during the stay. Provided with insect spray on first instance but on second instance it couldn't be found and we were told to buy our own. Managements attitude was poor and left staff in the lurch. Noise from an adjoining property was disruptive most nights even on the 7th floor. Location was great with fantastic view and bed was comfortable.

The first room was awful and very noisy due to water pipes of gushing water from a door in the room. 2nd room much nicer. The reception team were lovely except for one you lady who was very rude and dismissive and just ignored us when we left. Overall ok but after 2 years staying here will try something else next year

The units are outdated . The whole complex needs an update. There is an open air night club operating until the early hours of the weekend and the sound is very high. Shower was dripping water instead of spraying. Nothing to store or place onto in the bathroom.
