Definitely needs an update!!! Carpet in rooms were pretty nasty. Probably would reconsider staying there again. Rod at the front desk was cool though!

We made reservations in March for our June stay and guess what???? There were no rooms for us because there was no staff to clean the rooms!!!! I will never stay here again or any other Hampton inn. The woman at the desk had such an attitude!!!!She offered no help what so ever!!

The linen at this property is dirty. We discovered that _after_ our first night there. Talked to the staff, and they changed the linen. But then we noticed that the new linen were also dirty. To be clear, the covers were dirty at their rims, at the end near your face, and they were stained, looked like bodily fluids??? This property should invest in new linen or new washing machines. I am not staying there again!

The room was small and cramped with dirty carpets and poor bathroom plumbing. Their ad boasts about their delicious breakfast which ranged from poor to inedible, including watery uncooked grits or oatmeal, powdered eggs, undercooked bacon. It took four hours to get towels for the room. The attitude of the staff was at best indifferent and usually unpleasant and rude. I expected much more from a property located in one of Atlanta’s most upscale areas. They do not deserve the high ratings they have. It is at best a second rate one star property
