The room was updated and clean. Breakfast was warm, and they kept refilling everything. Everyone was super helpful. I had my doubts about staying in Salinas over Monterey, but I got a larger room, free breakfast, and an updated hotel for a way better price than anything in Monterey. Very pleased with my choice as it was centrally located between the areas we were going to (leaving Pinnacles National Park and heading into Big Sur)
