Served a purpose for our week stay with young children. The pools were the best part and plenty of sunloungers. The immediate area wasn’t the most relaxing, opposite a night food market blasting music felt like you were in Benidorm on a lads weekend. Some of the other guests we found could be quite rude I think the hotel is on the lower end of luxury but the pool was good, would I recommend it probably not, would I go again probably not.

I highly recommended. Breakfast varieties was great, the staff support was on point, clean over all and the amenities were enough to keep you busy while you plan for the day

Loved the location! Very close to the beach and night food markets in Kata Beach, staff were always amazing, friendly, professional and helpful. Room was good and clean. The food was delicious and my boys loved the buffet set up for children. The only annoying thing at times was when there was weird smelling water on the channel under the bridge near the pool. Otherwise it was fantastic! Thank you

Great hotel in Kata. We stayed as a large family group in April 2026. Check in was smooth and the reception staff were consistently helpful and friendly. We opted for the 1 bedroom suite and it was worth it- spacious and bright. Breakfast was great- lots of choice and the kids loved the low level kids section so they could choose their own food. Love that there is a couple of coffee machines so never a long wait for breakfast cappuccino! Pool area was clean, always beds available and slides are great fun. The sun shade over the kids pool was super for the hottest hours. Games room offers nice relief from sun too, we used it a lot to cool down and play some pool or our own board games. Super location for access to beach for sunset or the night market for a quick bite. Special thanks to staff Noi and Prai for being especially friendly and helpful during our stay- wish we'd noted down more names as lots of the staff we're kind to the kids and helpful during the stay. The only improvement could be a hotel bar for the evenings, so our adult family could gather while the kids played in the games room- the reception area is bright and clean but not great for sitting round chatting as a group. Would definitely recommend for family holiday.

Such a great location, close to everything you need. My daughter and I really enhoyed our stay. The OZO was a nice place to come back and rest after a busy day. Also, it was nice to just chill and relax on the property as well. All the staff were great and were very warm and authentic. When in Phuket, this will be my place to stay.
