A beautiful property undergoing some wonderful renovations that did not affect the quality of our stay. Our room was fantastic. The staff was helpful, polite and friendly. Valet parking made everything so easy. Food was good. We will definitely return and look forward to seeing The Cliff House when all of her renovations are completed. Can highly recommend The Cliff House!

I loved the property. I did not love being charged $250 for a smoking fee, haven’t smoked in 12+ years. For the majority of the stay I pretty much slept when I was at the property.

We didn’t have A/c in our room, it was soooo stuffy, no air circulation at all. No ice machine and vallet parking. No where near Garden of the Gods. Not a good experience for us at all.

Historical well seasoned hotel. Great staff. Comfortable bed. Great location to walk to anywhere in Manitou Springs. Excellent restaurant. Hotel was under renovation, which we were informed of prior to our stay. Unfortunately our room was right above the major remodeling project. Adding to our noise was our window air conditioning. Some rooms had central air, others did not.
Street parking in Manitou Springs is expensive and limited. Glad to have the hotel off street parking garage. Not happy that it was an additional charge of $20 and was only accessible via the valet.

Everything was great. Loved this hotel. Only issue I had was that I had a $20 food and drink credit that I used at the bar but it wasn’t credited. Bartender seemed to have been a little tipsy so maybe that as the issue

A beautiful historic hotel just steps from downtown Manitou Springs. We enjoyed our stay despite the construction and renovations taking place. The restaurant was also wonderful with a warm waitstaff.

Lovely Hotel in Manitou Springs currently undergoing a major renovation, The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The air conditioning in our room was exceptionally noisy so we had to leave it off.

The Cliff House is a unique and more upscale property compared with the usual chain hotels in the area. We always stay at this hotel whenever we visit Colorado. Despite being in the tourist heart of Manitou Springs (Pikes Peak area), the hotel provides a quite and calm atmosphere. Although some of the rooms are small, they provide all conveniences needed for their patrons to be comfortable. We enjoy the cuisine in The Cliff House restaurant and like the bar area. On our most recent visit, The Cliff House was (and still is) undergoing renovations. The renovations did not impact our visit. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The property is undergoing a renovation. But don't let that stop you from staying. Our room was nice. Restaurant was nice. Our dinner was very good. Wine selection be the glass could be improved. Bar needs work, but, as I said. the hotel is undergoing renovation. Porch is a classic.
