The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They secured our transportation to the glass factory and the boat back to the airport. The dock was right at the hotel making our return trip very pleasant. Rafael delivered breakfast to our room each morning. He was a great ambassador for both the hotel and Venice. Our food was fresh and hot, and he always had a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for the location near major points of interest and the professional staff that strives to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

We Loved our stay. Raphael was an exceptional host. We loved meeting his son Alejandro. It was an amazing comfortable experience. Our son and daughter in law were married at Lake Como and we had our 14th Anniversary while in Venice. Gracie for your kindness and hospitality
