Room was comfortable. Had some trouble figuring out how some things worked. Generally quiet. Breakfast was basic, but edible. Easy in and out.

Good value for the price. The place was quiet and tidy and the breakfast wasn't fancy but at least offered some cooked options (egg, sausage and waffles).

We had a nice stay and highly recommend this hotel. It hits the sweet spot for comfort, convenience, and value. The complimentary breakfast is a definite plus—there was a great variety of hot and cold options, and the coffee was always fresh. The location is ideal, situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance to beach and fine dining. Best of all, the rates are incredibly affordable for the quality you get. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. A very good find!

The facility was very old and could use some updating. It wasn't very clean. It wasn't very people friendly. The bed was great and I slept like a rock. The breakfast was okay.

Looks like a struggling business. Room has not been maintained well. Lock on screen door is broken. But we were on 2nd floor, so security was not a big issue. Low budget hotel, can't fault them too much.
