It was central to the shops and public transport. The lighting in the bathroom needs to be brighter. There was no outlet in the bathroom to use the hair dryer.

Overall good value and good location. Only complaints would be the mini fridge is completely stocked with beverages for sale and can’t be used easily to store your own stuff. Also no bottled water in the rooms. They have a reusable glass bottle but it’s somewhat fragile so we only used it in the room. One thing I really liked was the temporary room available to guests if they arrive before check in time. You can take a shower and rest a bit on their couches.

The room was spacious and great amenities. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was amazing with most areas walkable, even in the humidity! The bar served amazing cocktails, try their Singapore Sling, as good as Raffles bar😊 The staff are so attentive and friendly.

Hotel overall was good, location was great and room was really nice. But the staff on arrival made me feel like such an inconvenience. Which travelling alone and landing at midnight is already stressful enough, the front counter staff weren’t extactly most welcoming.
