I enjoy the location. A lot of eateries. Transportation is readily available from taxis, bus, jeepney,tricycle.I especially enjoy the staff. My go to place to stay in Bacolod. I Highly recommend

Overall - the room is clean, for us the lighting needs to be updated, somewhat dark, even the color / painting of the room is dark, The window curtain is torn, As always the staff are the best! very courteous/ very good customer, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast are excellent !! And the place itself is safe and very accessible. Prize is resonable.

So, this is hard. The hotel itself is amazing, clean great staff situated in the middle of everything you could possibly want to do. The breakfast was delicious amazing options every morning. Got lucky enough to get a 50% off buffet the were promoting inside the hotel. Delicious so much to choose from couldn't eat everything. Waiters and waitress were amazing helpful chefs cooked bacon to order if asked. 100% amazing presentation the staff seemed to always be cleaning the hotel which is awesome. Now, the wifi lost connection more than I can count but when connected it ran fast, but I was kicked off/no connection/reenter your password more than what it should be. There was a rat(s) inside the wall room 314 could clearly hear them.

As a longtime guest over the years, L'Fisher is wonderful. Great friendly, professional staff & security too. Room is nice and comfortable with pillows that put you to happy sleep...and, So many nice, helpful employees at the restaurant..
