Clean room, updates needed in the shower. Not a full Ritz Carlton experience. Needs improvement.

Overall a good hotel. Great staff. The issue raised with them as well is that it is very cold on all hallways we had a premium room (twice in 3 weeks ) and found the air conditioning blowing only cold air regardless of setting. The only way to warm up the room is to close it.
