I like the was rooms were very clean I would recommend anyone to chose the hotel

Read this twice. The. People. Running. This. Hotel. Have. No. Idea. What. They. Are. Doing. 1. Showed up with an Expedia confirmation and booking number. The two people at the desk spent 45 minutes unable to find my confirmation, asking me if " a friend checked in for you" and then re-doing my booking from scratch where they asked me for my personal information (email, etc...) twice. They had no problem making me pay up front for everything though. 2. After 5 minutes in my room Screeching fire alarm goes off intermittently for 5 minutes then stays on for 25 minutes. During the fire alarm someone (don't know if they work for the hotel or not) OPENS THE DOOR TO MY ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING. If I had not had the flip barrier on he would have walked directly in. He had card access to my room without my permission. I yelled "Hello?" He said he needed to come in and check the fire alarm (still screeching). I told him to give me a minute. He closed my door and went off and knocked and opened other suite doors. Never came back to my room to check anything.. 3. Elevators out of service a minimum of 4 unique times over my 2 night stay. 4. Everything on the menu of the restaurant is over $50. Including the burger. Conclusion. This place continues to operate IN SPITE of the people working there.

J’ai adoré mon séjour. Le personnel était vraiment super! Souriant, professionnel. Vraiment! Sur la coche!!

Les chambres sont très propre et très belles. Clairement rénové récemment. Par contre, nous avions une chambre communicante avec un escalier dans la chambre (Probablement anciennement une chambre mezzanine).. Mais pas du tout isolé. On avait la sensation que les gens de la chambre d'en bas, étaient dans notre chambre, tellement c'étais mal isolé.. et à 4H du matin, les gens festifs de cette chambre faisaient beaucoup de bruit. Une fin de semaine en amoureux, pas trop reposante.. Sinon, tout était bien.

Tout était parfait. Si je revient à Gatineau je logerai chez vous

Le déjeuner buffet étains excellent. Le service au souper est difficile en français, décevant compte tenu que nous sommes au Québec. La nourriture était bonne. L’autre côté du boulevard pour aller au Casino..pratique. SAQ et épicerie à pied. Belle chambre propre.
