This is worst Holiday Inn/ IGH property we have ever stayed in. The parking garage had the most horrific smell of sewer, and the room was not cleaned so they tried to spray something to mask the smell but it was the equivalent smelling a barbershop/axe body spray on your sheets. Nightstand was sticky and the curtains had black around the edges. The hallway floors were the dirtiest thing we’d witnessed in all of Toronto. We’ve never had a bad IGH property in all our travels but this location makes me rethink sticking to the brand. Avoid!

Hotel was clean and the location can't be beat. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was decent. Overall, a great affordable hotel in a very convenient location. It's a large hotel so the elavator sometimes takes a while, but that is not the fault of the hotel. Just part of staying in a large highrise hotel in a big city.

Staff were all super helpful and nice. Breakfast at the restaurant is AMAZING, and kids eat for free! Rooms are small, but well maintained, and the ladies who looked after our floor tidied them up every morning. The hotel is pretty conveniently located with quick subway access. Would stay here again.

Friendly and efficient service. Room was clean. Bed was a bit uncomfortable, too soft for my liking. Street noise is higher on Sat eve, as expected of FIFA weekend. A/C wasn't working when I arrived but they fixed it straight away. Great location and easy to park.

We often stay at this hotel. This is the first time we have ever had a problem. The room is not circulating the air and you couldn’t control the temperature.

A/C was down for 21 hours in 37 degree heat. The front desk kept telling us someone was on their way up but nobody came until several requests and 21 hours later. Maintenance had it back on with in minutes. Frustrating to pay $2000 to say at a hotel that brushes you off

staff was extremely helpful and friendly and made check in and check out super seamless, breakfast had a large variety and the hotel itself is super close to a lot of different venues and delicious food !!
