They need to do better at cleaning rooms you usually find hairs in the bathroom areas the pool always feels dirty they definitely need to clean that it just becomes a useless amenity no one cant fully enjoy .front desk doesn’t answer the phone or your messages after a certain time also there’s a big construction happening all throughout this street and I know it’s not their fault however something should have been said letting guest know because parking is nearly impossible around the area and the noise is so loud you can hardly sleep .

My wife and I stay here often for nights TO. Excellent check-in experience. Room was definitely an upgrade from what I booked. My only warning is don't pre-book parking if your vehicle is taller than 5ft 7inches. You will not fit in the underground parking.

Great location within walking distance to food, coffee, attractions, and Metro stop is at the end of the block. The hotel staff was great however, the room that we stayed in was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. I had to turn sideways to walk between the bed and the wall with the closet/tv on it. Kind-of claustrophobic. Also, checking in is a little confusing. I had to call to see where to park to check-in, which is in the back of the building and you get buzzed in.
