My family and I have traveled extensively over the years, but this was the first family trip to Tokyo. The Palace Hotel was everything we expected it to be. Fantastic location, across from the Imperial Palace. Extremely attentive staff, beautiful facilities, great guest rooms, a very memorable breakfast buffet. Several of the on property restaurants were fantastic. Loved the live jazz music in the Grand Restaurant on our first night. Very memorable all the way around. One of the best hotels I've ever experienced. Would definitely stay here again.
