We were a last-minute reservation (made it around 3pm while in Banff and decided to spend the night). Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. There is a secure parking garage under the hotel, which was a nice surprise. The hotel is close enough to the center of town to walk (though they gave us complimentary bus passes on check-in, valid for our whole stay), but far enough from the center to afford a very quiet atmosphere. The room was spacious and we sat outside on the balcony/porch to enjoy a quiet glass of wine. We heard birds and some baby elk honking to their mothers in the nearby woods. I'm so glad they had space for us! (The "no vacancy" sign lit up as we finished checking in!)

Room was clean staff was great especially those that worked in the morning and the afternoon shifts the late night receptionist name Sandeep very rude and needs a lot more training before he gets to entertain people at the desk especially dealing with some one who is driving 4 hours down to Banff

Clean room, amazing hot tub (and pool), better than the hot springs I would say :). thanks for providing a fan! And thanks much for the coffee in lounge, and free bus passes. And loved the late checkout for being a platinum Amex member.
