The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself made a positive first impression, with an attractive lobby and inviting common areas. Unfortunately, the condition of our room was disappointing. There were noticeable stains on both the carpet and curtains, and visible mold in the grout lines of the bathroom tile. The overall cleanliness fell well below what we expected and made the room feel uncomfortable. We ultimately chose this hotel because of its convenient location, but the condition of the room was concerning enough that we opted to shower at a friend’s home rather than use the bathroom facilities extensively.

A very pleasant hotel stay a short walk or tram ride from the scenic city centre but away from the hustle. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was good and reasonably priced.

Hotel is easy to access, staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Not that many amenities but overall good

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely well appointed hotel. The centre of town was only c10 mins using the tram, although we walked most days c30 mins.

The room was tiny. The mattress was the size of a full mattress but that was split in the middle. The bed was broken and when you laid in it you rolled into the center where the mattress was split. I called and it was never address. No room service was provided either

The worst experience we’ve ever had with a hotel. We had a death in the family and were unable to make our stay. We asked the hotel if we can reschedule into end of 2026 and they refused to reschedule and/or provide us with our money or credit. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend.
