In the old part of town. Parking not too far away. Receptionist very helpful when we asked for air con to be turned down for us. Food in restaurant was good

My wife and I who were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary stayed here and had a fabulous time. The welcome we got at reception was so warm and friendly, matched by the service we got at breakfast. The hotel is in the perfect location in the old town and within a short walk to the train station, cable car and local bars and restaurants. The hotel is of a high standard and the breakfast is recommended. To top it all off, it was an easy pick up and 10 minute ride to the airport. I would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay. Hotel is Well maintained and very clean. Beautiful decor. Breakfast was very good with the staff remembering us every morning. All staff was very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Extremely convenient location. Quite room. Good AC

The hotel was easy to access for drop off even though the parking was offsite. There was construction for improvements going on but we knew that going in. Nothing felt dirty or loud from construction. Staff was terrific and Francesca couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. She was thoughtful with ideas. The rooms were spacious and refreshing g after traveling to other hotels with no air. Location is central and yet away from the crowd. Loved the authentic dinner we had on site. Well done Hotel Goldener!

Construction made finding the entrance harder. In pedestrian zone so need to wheel bags a bit, but very convenient for seeing the old town and funicular train and cable car to top of Innsbruck. Rooms huge and very comfortable. Like themes with historic people who stayed there in the past.
