The property was in a nice location. The staff is friendly. Being as pricey as it is, you’d think there would at least be a hair dryer in the room, but there wasn’t. The beds were comfy.

Extremely limited parking, with nearest parking facility a 3 minute drive away.
Did love that it has multiple outlets and a nice coffee/tea service available.

Carpets are old and soiled. No air-conditioning at all. They provide small table fans. One of the rooms as we checked in had hair on pillows ( gross ).

Staff was helpful and friendly and the room was wonderfully clean and roomy. Location was wonderful, close to so much and yet just a slight off the busy (noisy) pathways. We felt secure and comfortable. :-) Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was quite nice, and one thing was exceptional: my partner left a necklace behind, called the reception desk from York, England, and spoke to Zoe, who not only had the necklace, but mailed it to my partner’s home address in the US.
