Room was subpar this time there was a hole in the wall and the door that looked like it was from someone punching the wall. I notified management and they didnt even offer switching rooms which was disappointing.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. The first room they try to put me in there was mold where the fridge is. I went to the front desk and told them they put me in a second room and the sheets had a fresh stain and hair on it. I stayed from Wednesday until Monday. And they put somebody up in the same room that I notified them that there was mold. There is a lot of bad attitude from the staff.
