Happy with the room. Quiet with no road noise, or from other guests. The restaurant was excellent as both dinner and breakfast were full with guests.

Room was clean. View beautiful over the basin. However the room smelt of smoke & stale. The structure very run down- wallpaper pealing off walls, skirting boards splitting etc. staff so lovely and helpful.

The hot food at the breakfast buffet was only warm - baked beans, scrambled eggs, tomatoes etc and very slow at clearing tables - had to put plates on other table.
