The location is excellent. But the room is small and humid. Wall is wet. The hand soap and the body wash was not restocked/refilled in time.

Overall, this property was satisfactory. It has a good location and is adjacent to the Convention Center. When booking lower tier room categories, be advised that they literally have zero views. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, with a variety of Asian and Western cuisine. Staff members were great, from.the housekeepers to the team at the front desk. The only negative that comes to mind is the bedding. Pillows were awful, and guaranteed a stiff and sore neck the following morning. The beds were just okay and were not very comfortable. This was a second stay for us, and there would likely be another in the future.

As someone who also works in the hospitality industry, I truly appreciate great service when I experience it. I would like to thank the entire team for making my mother’s recent stay so enjoyable. My mom couldn’t stop talking about how much she loved her trip, and a big part of that was because of how wonderful the hotel was. The property was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the service provided by the staff made her feel welcomed throughout her stay. Thank you for creating such a positive experience for her. It means a lot to know that she was well taken care of. We will definitely recommend your hotel to family and friends and look forward to staying with you again in the future. 😊

The property is recently renovated and all the negatives review post became meaningless! The air condition system is excellent with individual room temperature adjustments to your comfort. All the stuff I encountered are friendly and professional. You should pay a little bit more for the harbor view side room instead of the street view side if you’re the leisure travelers. This is the top harbor view in Hong Kong. Overall, it’s well worth the price I paid for. .

Breakfast was good, staff were very friendly and had clean room. Very close to the bus station to airport. That is all I need during the trip. I will stay there if I came back to Hongkong.
