We stayed 2 nights. It wasn't bad quality for the price. The bathtub had a very big soft spot in it and squeeked when taking a shower. The blanket on top of the sheet felt like sandpaper. Definitely could be replaced. The check in was easy, front desk lady was very helpful. I did notice her and the other people at the front desk had lot of personal phone/video calls, and talked very loud. The outside garbage was literally over flowing on to the ground. I told them about it twice, never emptied. Housekeeping knocked so softly we barely heard them and then just walked in and they damn near got a surprise from the boyfriend... Our room did not have a do not disturb sign (I normally put them out for multiple night stay). Never tried the breakfast so can't comment on that. Im sure it is like every hotel, heat and eat.

My family and I loved this hotel. Beds were comfy and the AC in our room was really cold. The girls that work the front desk (Jess & Stephanie) were both super friendly and had great attitudes. If we are ever in the area again, we’d definitely stay at this hotel.

Room was very clean and staff was super friendly. Great location - right across the street from a gas station and the casino! Breakfast was good but it ended at 9 am. A little early for us. The TV wasn’t great.

Affordable nice hotel with very helpful staff , location pretty convenient to downtown. Staff recommended restaurant close by that was very good. Security cameras for parking lot. No complaints.

We travel to council bluff a few times a a year. We feel lucky to have discovered the Bridge Pointe Inn. We know what to expect when we come in. Helpful staff (thank you Stephanie) clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient location right off the highway.

Dobre The property was ok, but the place was clean. I think it was overpriced though, and I could have gotten a place nearby for less that was comparable. It may be priced that way because it’s near a casino and a mall. Neither one of which I was interested in.

Clean room, renovated, no carpet, comfy bed and pillows. A/C superb, temperature could be set at 62, very rear at hotels.very friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast, eggs, sausages, waffles, yogurt, cereals, coffee, juice, pre-packed pastries.
