First off, I didn’t realize what a “Guesthouse” was in Rome. My bad. The entry is difficult to find, and if the driver hadn’t shown us the door we would have walked right by. You then enter a code to enter a dark, dirty hallway to a rickety elevator. Our room was very small, and there wasn’t anywhere to eat the quite good breakfast they deliver. We should have booked a “superior” room, as we saw those had a dining table and a couch. We expressed our disappointment to Paola, the owner. She handled it well, offering a free bottle of Prosecco and paying for our drive to the airport. The staff was very nice and we would recommend this place if you are ok with a guesthouse and want to be right in the middle of the centro historico. Our room was very quiet.

Our stay was exceptional, right in the heart of Rome with easy walking access to all of the major historical and religious sights and shopping districts. The staff and service were wonderful. I would highly recommend it if you visit Rome.

Loved our stay. Great location, modern amenities, delicious breakfast made to order and delivered to room, super helpful staff. You do need a code to get into building but once checked in it’s super easy and convenient. Would definitely come back!

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing stay. Rachelle and the rest of the staff were so wonderful. They were very communicative leading up to the stay which was really nice. We felt welcomed every moment we were there from the pamphlet with restaurant recommendations, to the great breakfast every morning, and making sure we had a ride arriving and leaving the hotel. The location was also great between the lively alleys and so close to some major locations such as campo di fiori, piazza navona, and the trevi fountain. I will definitely be coming back and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Rome. I can’t thank the owner and staff enough for such an amazing stay. Non è un addio, è un arrivederci.

There was no table and chairs as shown on room booking photos. Having earlier breakfast would have been helpful,
