Excellent service from the housekeeping staff and the concierge. Good location and price - walkable distance from the Cotai strip without having to pay the exorbitant prices. I also had packages shipped to the hotel without any issues. During this trip, I was working from the hotel during the daytime. Whenever the housekeepers came by, they were very friendly and polite. Overall great experience!

Room is good size and clean. Price is reasonable.

I am so sad that I have to go, I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel. Very pleasant place to stay. I booked this hotel last year and kept all my receipts from Wotif.com. I had no problem. Staff were amazing, they made the effort to help me with any question I have, i used the free goggle translator all the time, which is very helpful. I also used free goggle converter so I can understand the charges of different currency. it was so easy for me to talk to them, they understood everything what I need. Great location walk to McDonald’s. There is a grocery shop just around the corner as well and don’t need to spend so much money in the takeaway or Restaurant. You can just go there and buy whatever you . Last night I bought two packets of sushi‘s brought into my hotel and it cost me as little as Australian $8.00 so yes I will miss this place. I recommend this place and give 10 out of 10.

Clean room and very accommodating staff. I suggest that Chinese character should be part of notification reminder. the lady driver sent as to grand Hyatt instead of grand view as we pay higher as should be 😔

Good location, able to walk to strip. Clean rooms and free shuttle to pier.

Great location for casino area and LRT into old town.
