The hotel staff were very helpful in accepting my food deliveries and parcels, and used robots to deliver them to my room efficiently.

I really appreciated how every staff member and to name a few names that we can remember - Sabrina and every staff in the executive lounge, the new executive chef Matt, and his team of waiting staff and chefs, conceige staff Mark and his team. We had a rocky trip because my husband became unwell in the trip but their caring and personable attitude with the willingness to go the extra mile has eased the pain to some extent. A big Thank You 😊
