Spacious, updated clean room. The staff was so friendly and helpful. If I ever come back to beautiful Lucerne, I would want to stay at Ameron!!

Room was small but tasteful, newly remodeled and well designed. Breakfast was outstanding (pay in advance for better pricing). Perfect location for sights and trains. No views out rooms but location couldn’t be better.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and felt it was worth the price because of its great location and beautiful atmosphere. However, the air conditioning was disappointing. I’m usually someone who gets cold easily, but I was uncomfortable and hot every night, which made it difficult to sleep. Another downside was that guests had to pay an additional fee to use the gym next door. We also paid extra for breakfast, only to find out that many people got to eat without paying. A guest told us themselves they hadn’t paid. Good for them, but it was frustrating knowing we had paid for something others were getting for free. On a positive note, I contacted the hotel in advance to arrange chocolate and flowers in our room for my husband’s birthday, and they did a wonderful job making it happen. He truly appreciated the surprise, which made our stay even more special.

The check-in and checkout was seamless. The location was close to everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious. They have a place to fill up water bottles in the lobby. Great stay!

It's a pleasant property with a clean, adequately sized room. I wasn't offered any amenities or special deals for dinner or drinks. The area is very walkable, with plenty of restaurants and sightseeing opportunities.

The location is excellent. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of options.

Location close to main train station and Chapel Bridge in Luzern. Very efficient check in as they send you link to pre-register day prior. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Lounge with still/soarkling water to refill bottles. Husband enjoyed delicious breakfast buffet in AM that was responably priced. And room stocked with coffee, tea, soda, beer, and orange juice all complimentary.
