Very clean room, hotel is under refurbishment at the moment but it was only minimally inconvenient. Restaurant is reasonable; only deficiency was that not all facilities were quite as advertised,

Extended my reservation and ran into more issues today. Not happy with the front desk inability to resolve the most basic issue. Just frustration.

This used to be my go to spot in Cebu. It was dated but the staff was super nice and it’s a great location. On this stay however I’m quite disappointed. The front desk staff simply can’t correct super basic issues. Some nights the WiFi just dies, and the hotel pool was closed for maintenance for most of my stay. Too bad about this one, this used to be a such a relaxing experience.
