It’s a nice hotel with responsive staff, but you could tell it’s worn down a bit. The breakfast was excellent. I had a spacious room on the 13 floor, and it was very comfortable. The furniture was in good condition, but the bathroom could be refreshed. I wouldn’t call it a premium product. Overall, I think it was a good value for money. The major drawback is that there is nothing within walkable distance from the hotel, so you have to take taxi everywhere. A convenience store would be nice. The location itself is good though, close to major shopping malls.

Breakfast was great.. staff were very friendly. Sauna wasn't working. What was advertised in the digital screen was not what was taking place in the hotel. Entertainment was advertised but when we walked to the bar, nothing was happening. We made the maximum out of our stay but the hotel can promote its services a little bit better.

Honest review. This is a very good hotel. The room was always clean and the staff was very friendly. The swimming pool was always clean and inviting. I highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was also very good.

This is an excellent hotel that we enjoyed overall. However, we had two big concerns. First, the traffic around the hotel is so intense that it’s all but impossible to safely cross the street to any nearby places. If you like walking, this isn’t the place for you. Second, when we went to the hotel restaurant for dinner, the service was unbelievably bad. We placed an order and waited and waited. No water. Our drinks never came. All of the waiters disappeared. Really. Finally I went to the front desk to complain and, after another long wait, the food appeared. It may have been the worst service I’ve seen in 50+ years of going to restaurants.
