Nice hotel, clean and comfortable room with fast wifi. Breafast was delicious and healthy. 8 pm Ramen snack was much appreciated as well as complimentary welcome drink. The staff was friendly and helpful. Family Mart is just across the street from the hotel. Everything is convenient and easy.

Very good location, free bus to downtown is amazing and really helpful instead of driving by car. Onsen experience is awesome, too.

Great shuttle service in and out of the main town directly opposite the train station, friendly staff and options for luggage storage. Breakfast selection was good with complimentary welcome drinks and evening noodles. Onsen facilities were really relaxing and well maintained, overall a great stay experience with provisions for every possible need.

I’m not fan of unit bath but they had great hot spring upstairs and I enjoyed it very much. All staff were very friendly and kind.

良い旅でした。サービスのラーメンは美味しく、スタッフの皆さんもとても親切です。ありがとうございました。

On arriving at Tabino we were given a standard room although we had booked and paid for a deluxe room. Evening staff were rude and very unhelpful, wouldn’t even assist us with carry heavy luggage up 2 flights of stairs as they have no lift. If I could give a lower rating I would. Do yourself a favor don’t go to this hotel!!!!!!!!!!

駅から遠いい。
