Spacious, clean room with lovely comfortable bed and thoughtful furnishings including refreshments, fridge and safe. Air con/ heating very easy to operate. Outstanding service from every member of staff, all friendly enough to be welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable enough to be professional. A really excellent team of people in a great spot.

Excellent location, small and clean rooms, breakfast was around the corner at another hotel , on rooftop fab view

It was in a nice location right in Leicester Square. It had lots of stuff to do nearby. We got there and the staff were very friendly, she gave us a room on the fifth floor but asked if there was one lower down due to my partner not being able to use lifts. They switched the room but the room I was given was super small and felt a bit like being stuck in a cupboard, the windows looked out onto some brick work and it just didn’t feel very nice. So I went back and showed her the room I had booked but the picture of the room I booked was of a higher priced room. Which was slightly deceptive. But she swapped us to another room like we had but was slightly bigger, she showed me the room first. It was a nice place to stay, she shower was a bit fiddly, it was situated well and was quite but i wouldn’t stay for more than one night. All in all it was ok, the staff were helpful but I’m disappointed the room wasn’t the one shown when I booked it.

when I got into the hotel, the elevator was broken. Then I got to my room where the toilets were dirty ... I mean very dirty. The staff got me a new room quickly.

Clean place and has air conditioning

I stayed only one night out of a 3-night booking. Switched hotels the next morning. When I first arrived, I was offered a room that didn’t remotely resemble the room I booked via Expedia. The room was small, and the air conditioning didn’t work, which I assume the hotel was aware of, given there was a floor fan in the room. While the reception switched rooms for me, both rooms smelled like mold, which kept me up the first night as I felt the smell in my throat. I was shocked by the state of the bathroom (rusty, chipping tiles, although relatively clean), loud creaking floors, and the general dinginess of the entire hotel. On top of that, one of the elevators didn’t work, which made going up and down very lengthy. I'll note that I asked if both elevators work when I emailed the property ahead of time, as I read about the issue with the elevator, and they replied that everything is working properly. I requested a refund and never heard back. DON'T BOOK!!!
