We absolutely loved our stay at Norman. This boutique hotel is beautiful, stylish, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect for exploring Paris, and the rooms were comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming boutique hotel in Paris.

Amazing hotel so close to champs-elysee, shops, restaurants, attractions. We had junior suite with another adjoining bedroom and this set up was very spacious for four of us.
Stuff at this hotel is amazingly nice and helpful, they made us feel apriciated and welcomed every single time. Room requests were met within minutes. Lobby bar makes amazing coffee. Every single employee we met went above and beyond. Special thanks to Alice and Alex. Hope to stay there again!

Wonderful stay overall. The location is outstanding and makes exploring the area incredibly convenient. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff—friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. The room was comfortable, though adding a chair and a grab handle in the shower area would improve convenience and safety. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

Excellent séjour ! Le personnel est attentionné, serviable et toujours prêt à nous aider, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable.
La localisation de l’hôtel est idéale pour visiter facilement les différents attraits touristiques. De plus, la chambre était très confortable, propre et parfaitement aménagée pour un séjour reposant. Le décor de l’hôtel est magnifique, élégant et chaleureux, créant une ambiance raffinée et accueillante.
J’y retournerais sans aucune hésitation.

I had an exquisite time at the Norman. The room was excellent with all the comforts one could ask for: a comfortable bed, fantastic climate control, and for a tea drinker like myself, a wonderful high-tech kettle. Everyone on staff was kind, particularly Francis at reception. I would love to stay here again, a quiet gem just behind the city’s most famous avenue.

The hotel was surprisingly disappointing. The price point is too high.
There were technical problems in the room, tv didn’t work, No closet space and No iron. This hotel has a very small lobby and bar area. For this price -you can do better.

A small hotel with lots of warmth and charm and in a great quiet location within a very short walk of the Champs Elysees. The most outstanding quality of staying here is the helpfulness and professionalism of all the staff who work at the hotel.
