Mango ave is about a 15 min walk away, but mango ave is dead now except for uptown. The staff is really friendly and they work hard but the views arent the best, the beds are hard, theres some random ants but i guess thats what you get for $20 per night cant complain

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at the Well Hotel. My only gripe was the street noise at night only because im a light sleeper. The smaller rooms like rm 301, 401, 501, etc are off the street and seem more quiet.

Good everything run Smooth except for the Keycard twice I Went back just to change the key card, And what Happen She move me to the other Room and Good the Doors Open I just Say “OPEN DOOR” The Hotel was in the middle of the City, I Can walk to the Colon street, Jeefney’s every where food are Around the Corner, Fuente Osmeña are walking distance, And everything was Good

The room is ok. Bedsheets and towels are white and still in good condition. However, the a.c in our room needs cleaning. We were sweating in the middle of our sleep because there was no air blown by the a.c. But generally, the room is ok and breakfast is also ok.
