Pool is always closed while the weather is totally clear in the weather applications No water in the room They have different plug electricity which is different from the other hotel i stayed in hong Kong and when i asked for just borrowing a plug during my stay they asked for 200 dollars for renting it Refused to let us check in at 1 pm although they do that for others at the same time while we are asking for Staff is not helpful at all And make every thing complicated

The first room that they gave us it was very stinky to cigarettes, we were staying for 5 days and then the next morning I specially requested to the front desk staff to perform a deep clean so we can sleep in a clean space, since nothing happens, the second nigh we were transferred to another clean room which obviously was much better.

This is a nice property and my room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have about the room is that there were no outlets next to or near the bed, so you had to charge your devices across the room. The hotel is located about a block away from the nearest metro station. Location-wise, I probably would stay somewhere closer to the main areas on Hong Kong island. Every point of interest was several metro stops away and it took time to get to where I wanted to go. Not necessarily a deal breaker, but if location is important you might want to consider another property.

Zásady registrácie

V súlade s Fázou 1 aktualizácií Nariadenia o ekologickej zodpovednosti výrobkov hotely v Hongkongu od 22. apríla 2024 už nebudú ponúkať bezplatné toaletné potreby na báze plastov uvedené v Nariadení. Ak máte akékoľvek otázky, obráťte sa priamo na hotel. Podľa najnovších predpisov vydaných vládou osobitnej administratívnej oblasti Hongkong sa očakáva, že od 1. januára 2025 bude zavedená 3 % daň z ubytovania v hoteloch. Táto daň môže byť zahrnutá v cene na Klooku alebo vybraná pri registrácii.

- The property requires a refundable security deposit of HKD 500 upon check-in. - Each guest name is allowed to reserve a maximum of 2 Rooms. - The swimming pool closed in winter from November to next April. - Any name change, date change and cancellation of a non-refundable booking is not accepted. All payments made for a non-refundable booking will be forfeited for any cancellation. - The Property offers free in-room internet access for a maximum 2 devices. - According to Hong Kong Government’s new law, Product Eco-responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023, effective from 22nd April 2024, hotels are not allowed to provide disposable toiletries and in-room plastic bottled water to guests for free. We encourage our guests to bring their own toiletries, but if they have forgotten to bring some essential items, they may still be available for purchase.
