Fantastické
Very friendly staff. Great location, comfortable bed, nice hot shower, bag storage after check out. Very small spaces, but that’s like a lot of places in Venice. I would stay again.

Omar was fantastic at the front desk. Welcoming and helpful with restaurant recommendations. He even carried my luggage and my daughter’s luggage down the stairs (no elevator). Location was superlative, AC wonderful, beds and linens luxurious. Breakfast was lovely with many selections including cappuccino. Wifi was good. Hotel is right on a small canal.

We had a lovely stay. The location was excellent — central enough to explore Venice easily while still feeling tucked away from the busiest areas. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and breakfast each morning was pleasant and well organised. The only reason for the 4-star rating is the size of the room. To be fair, this wasn't a surprise and was accurately disclosed when booking, but travelling with suitcases meant the space felt quite tight and we often found ourselves stepping over luggage. Aside from that, everything met expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A great option for anyone looking for a well-located, charming base in Venice.
