Room was nice and amenities within standard in a hotel of this class. Watch out for rooms facing the inner courtyard as this is where the restaurant is located and they play music from 07:30 until 22:30 - just don't do it - it's loud, affects your travellers who are on business and trying to sleep and also disturbs generally. The hotel has no other ammenities and is quiet because it is down a restricted street in alfama - so plan longer to enter and leave. Some staff are brilliant, others are bad and will not do anything to help

The room was very clean the staff very helpful and ready to answer any questions you may have and breakfast was delicious I was so happy that I wake up early just to get my breakfast thank you to all the staff of the hotel

Room had an efficient layout. Temperature control was much appreciated. Water temperature and pressure were good. Staff were friendly. The buffet-style breakfast with option for made-to-order eggs, pancakes, etc. was a good value. Looking forward to discovering Vincci Alfama properties in other cities.

Lovely hotel, I would highly recommend. Staff were really friendly, room was clean. Breakfast was great and the cooked to order food tasted great and was presented well. Highly recommend
